Modern Eco-Friendly House in Sao Paulo by Drucker Arquitetura
Building an eco-friendly house is becoming common and law for new buildings. Not only does it save the impact on the planet and the local environment but the house will save money over the long term that will more than pay for the eco changes. Drucker Arquitetura have designed the Morumbi Residence in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The house has environments TV room, dining room and office. Installed on top of the hill Morumbi among the many remaining trees of the court of the Foundation Maria Luiza and Oscar Americano, the house also has sewage treatment, solar heater, cross ventilation, windows with heat control, polystyrene insulation, digital control of lighting, recycled wood, among other measures of green architecture.
